He was born December 5, 1952, in Hart Co., to Frank and Hope Crady-Alvey.
He is survived by his wife, Linda D. Alvey of Shrewsbury, Ky.; daughters, Teresa Blair and Kim Schaus, Tracey (Dennis) Newton, all of Louisville, Tausha (Chris) Cisneros of Roseville, MI, Tonya (Doug) Haycraft of Clarkson, Ky.; seven grandchildren, D.J. and Trent Newton, Gage Phillips-Alvey, Caleb, and McKenzee Cisneros, Hayley and Shayla Haycraft.
Cremation was chosen.
A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
