Grand Jury indicts three

The Grayson County Grand Jury Indicted three on July 3rd.

Justin Powell, 19, of Leitchfield was indicted for 44 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree after she was found in possession of multiply checks that were forged and drawn on other people.

Victor D. Burke, 54, of Bowling Green, Ky. was incited with two counts of receiving stolen property valued at more than $300.

Timothy E. Hayes, 20, of Leitchfield, was indicted for 44 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree after he was found in possession of multiply checks that were forged and drawn on other people.

Hayes was also charged with bail jumping when he failed to appear in Grayson County District Court on April 26, 2007 according to the terms of his bail.
