The Grand Jury met on June 5th and returned an indictment on Tison D. Johnson of Lexington, Ky for trafficking in Marijuana more than eight ounces and less than five pounds after he was stopped for speeding on April 15th. He was also indicted for tampering with physical evidence, and failure to notify the Department of Transportation of address change and speeding.
