LEITCHFIELD - Grayson County's tennis teams were at home this weekend, hosting Owensboro Catholic at the Cougar Courts on Saturday in boys and girls action.

The Cougar men battled hard, but still came up a game short as the Aces held on for a 5-4 win. The Cougars are now 5-7 for the season.

Meanwhile the Cougar women continued their unbeaten march through the third region with a 6-3 win over the Lady Aces. Grayson County's women are now 12-0 for the year.

The Cougar tennis teams also played their first JV match of the season Friday at Warren Central. The men won their match over the Dragons 8-1, while the women fell in a five-point match by a 3-2 score.
