The Kentucky State Police reported this week the arrest of a Breckinridge County man on drug charges.

Arrested Friday (1/26) in Leitchfield was Ted Houy, 46, of Leitchfield. He was charged with possession of a gram of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.

KSP West Drug Enforcement detectives and Kentucky Probation and Parole went to Houy's residence on Carwile Road, where they reported finding the drugs. Houy was arrested and lodged in the Breckinridge County Jail.

Drug officers said anyone could anonymously report suspected illegal drug activity by calling the KSP toll-free at 1-800-DOPETIP.

The hotline is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

DESI's special branch is located in Bowling Green.
