The cause of death for an Oklahoma City man involved in an early morning accident Tuesday (March 7) is still undetermined.

According to Deputy Jerry Henderson with the Grayson County Sheriff's Department, a semi tractor trailer being driven by Johnny H. Herber, 48, of 2433 Southwest 42nd Street, Oklahoma City, had just made a delivery to Escue's Wood Preserving prior to the accident.

Henderson said Herber then apparently stopped off at Bailey's Zip Mart in Millwood, and after pulling out of a drive next to the store, Henderson said Herber headed east on U.S. 62.

According to Henderson, as the truck continued eastbound, it then veered off to the left, crossed the ditch and hit a fence.

While not absolutely sure, Henderson said Herber's accident may have been caused by a heart attack, but that won't be known for sure until test results come back.

Henderson said that the tractor-trailer suffered little damage as a result of the accident and that the wreck wasn't bad enough to cause Herber's death.
