He was born November 18, 1957 in Grayson County, the son of Charlie and Edna Kerr Saltsman. He was a member of the Bloomington General Baptist Church, and the American Legion in Leitchfield.
He is survived by one daughter, Donna Saltsman of Leitchfield; his mother, Edna Saltsman of Leitchfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Neal and Debbie Saltsman of Leitchfield; two sisters, Valerie (Michael) Tarrence of Caneyville, Ky. and Marilyn Mattingly and Timmy Milliner of Leitchfield. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Maggie and Sebastian Fulkerson, both of Leitchfield; and several nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services were held Sunday, March 5, 2006 at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield with Bro. Billy Mason, Bro. Tim Menser, and Bro. Joey Blanton officiating.
Burial was in the Landis Cemetery.
