Kentucky State Police said a vehicle being driven by David W. Cormany, 47, of 111 Mockingbird Lane, Mammoth Cave, was traveling south when he reportedly entered a curve and ran off the right shoulder of the road.
Police said he overcorrected into the northbound lane, then into the southbound lane and off the roadway, struck an earth bank and turned over.
