Once again, Midway Pharmacy in Clarkson has been the victim of burglary.

The Grayson County Sheriff's Department reported that thieves allegedly stole hydrocodone and oxycodone, commonly prescribed painkillers, after they broke into the store early Tuesday (Jan. 17).

Burglars reportedly gained entry to the pharmacy through an outside window.

This makes the fourth time the Clarkson pharmacy has been hit and if anyone has information regarding the case, they are asked to contact the Sheriff's Department at (270) 259-3024.

And Leitchfield Police are currently investigating a break-in at Jeannie's, a tattooing business located just off Mill Street behind Sandy's Restaurant.

Detective Todd Cave with the LPD reported that whoever broke into the building gained entry by forcible means and then made off with merchandise.

As of press time Friday the case remains under investigation and anyone with information about the case is asked to call the LPD at (270) 259-3850.
