Leitchfield's own Jimmy Mattingly, along with Bluegrass band "The Grascals," is coming back home for a concert at the Grayson County Middle School at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 1. With Mattingly is another Leitchfield native, Danny Roberts. Mattingly, a 1980 graduate of GCHS and 4-time Kentucky Old-Time Fiddler, has invited Bobby Osborne, too. With Mattingly in this photo on the Shelby Street Bridge in Nashville are Jamie Johnson (left middle), Terry Eldredge (right middle), and David Talbot (right). Since leaving Leitchfield with his fiddle, Mattingly has provided backup for Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton and Brooks and Dunn. Advance tickets are on sale now at the Centre on Main, 259-5587.
