Garbage rates were officially raised in Clarkson at the Tuesday, Dec. 16 meeting. The three percent hike reflects a rise in Leitchfield's disposal rates. An executive session resulted in the decision to advertise for a fall park attendee. Park gates have been delivered and will soon be set in place with enough space for walkers to access the track.

Commissioners discussed fixing a rust spot on one fire truck, lettering the new truck and putting lights on the community building. Estimates for the projects are being researched.

With no other business the commission adjourned.
