James "J.T." Harris, age 79, of Leitchfield, died Thursday, October 30, 2003 at Leitchfield Healthcare Manor.
He was born on August 8, 1924 in Grayson County as the son of Oscar and Annie Harrell Harris.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepmother, Nannie Harris, one step sister, Leora Harris, and one step brother Bishop Hack.
She is survived by one brother, Paul Harris of Leitchfield, one sister Ica Willard Wooden of Elizabethtown. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, November 2, 2003 at the Watson and Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield.
Burial was in the Little Clifty Church Cemetery.
