The second suspect was described as 6'2" to 6'3" with a skinny build, wearing a tan fisherman's hat, a white shirt and tan pants. He was estimated to be in his late 20's or early 30's.
Kentucky State Police feel the first activation was successful. The girl was found approximately four hours later. Two suspects were taken into custody.
Nathaniel Weaver, 33, of Churchman Avenue, and Jacky J. Woodard of Georgetown Circle were both arrested. A third party, known as "Tony" is still being sought.
According to reports, the girl had attended a party at the Shelby Motel where the suspects had also been. After leaving the party, the suspects returned, demanding money and threatening the others with a gun. Later, the teen was abducted at gunpoint and returned to the motel where it is alleged she was sexually assaulted.
Woodard has been charged with kidnapping, rape and sodomy. Weaver was charged with kidnapping, complicity to rape, and complicity to sodomy. The role of the third suspect is not yet clear.
The victim told police that when her attackers saw her picture on the television, they decided to let her go.
The girl made her way to a home in Louisville, where she told the home's owner that she was "the Amber Alert girl."
The authorities were notified and the girl was taken to safety.
The unidentified Louisville homeowner was not sure at first about the girl's claims, but recognized her as the abducted teen when she noticed the youth's clothing matched the description of a yellow halter top and light colored jeans given on the televised alert.
