According to reports, Trooper Payne stopped a vehicle being driven by 69 year-old Marvin L. Wilson of Whitesville early Sunday morning.
As a result of the stop, Wilson was arrested and charged with DUI, 3rd offense. He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center, but has since been released on bond.
