Grand Jury indicts for November

The November meeting of the Grayson County Grand Jury returned indictments against several people this month. These cases will continue in the Circuit Court Division I under Judge Sam Monarch.

Stephanie Meredith, 04-16-74, of Frankfort was indicted for flagrant non support.

Floyd Rigdon, 2-22-68, of Leitchfield was indicted for flagrant non support and persistant felony offender in the second degree.

Anthony Bowman, 11-15-73, of Leitchfield was indicted for flagrant non support.

Herbert Barnard, 8-1-66, of Leitchfield was indicted for flagrant non support.

Mark Anthony Lindsey, 8-13-58 of Louisville was indicted for flagrant non support and persistant felony offender in the second degree.

William Ralph Bostick, 3-25-75, of Mundfordville was indicted on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance-cocaine.

Vance L. Gibson, 7-11-64, of Leitchfield was indicted on bail jumping in the first degree.

Johnathan L. Decker, 12-21-81, of Clarkson was indicted on charges of wanton endangerment in the first degree.

Frank Magolis, 4-17-69, of Caneyville was indicted on trafficking in methamphetamine in the first degree, possession of anhydrous ammonia to make meth, and two counts wanton endangerment.

Tony L. White, Jr, 10-4-83, of Morgantown was indicted on theft by unlawful taking in the amount of $300 or more, wanton endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.

Vernon Jeffrey Patton, 10-20-62, of Brownsville was indicted on three counts wanton endangerment in the first degree and a convicted felon possessing a handgun.

Timothy Hack, 9-3-73, of Leitchfield was indicted on probation violation.

Dana Mercer, 7-13-77, of Caneyville was indicted on trafficking in methamphetamine in the first degree, possession of anhydrous ammonia to make meth, and two counts wanton endangerment.

Caney Shane McStoots, 12-29-74, of Millwood was indicted on 74 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.

The following cases will be tried in Circuit Court Division II with Judge Robert Miller.

Larry Smiddy, 7-5-49, of Leitchfield, was indicted on prescription in improper container, first degree trafficking in controlled substance, drug unspecified.

Nora Smiddy, 11-1-34, of Leitchfield was indicted on prescription in improper container, first degree trafficking in controlled substance, drug unspecified.
