Ohio County managed two more points before Wood served the final two points for the first-game victory.

In the deciding game, Morgan Larrimore started things with an ace and served one more point to give Grayson County an early 2-0 lead.

The Lady Eagles' Kerri Mattingly then served three aces during a 5-0 run that put the Lady Eagles on top.

The Lady Cougars came back to knot the score at 6-6, then began having trouble getting their serves in. Finally Wood served a pair of points, including an ace, to make it 8-6.

The Lady Cougars stretched that lead to 10-6 before Ohio County added to their total and pulled to within a point at 10-9.

It was all Cougars the rest of the way as Clemons served the final four points of the game, including a pair of aces. Match point came when Satterfield made a beautiful set to Fulkerson who drove a left-hander on a line to an unoccupied corner for the kill.
