Patsy Small, 69, of Leitchfield died on Saturday, July 20, 2002 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.
She was born on January 11, 1933, in Grayson County as the daughter of Ralph and Ona Litsey McCoy.
She was a retired bookkeeper for many years with the Big 7 Merchantile Company in Leitchfield, a member of the Grayson County Homemakers and an active member of the Leitchfield United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Merwin Shirley Small.
She is survived by two sons, Eric and Kevin Small both of Leitchfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Ralph E. and Frances McCoy of Leitchfield and one sister, Doris Barton of Leitchfield.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 23, 2002 at the Leitchfield First United Methodist Church in Leitchfield with Rev. Musial Pearson and Rev. Fred Whitmore officiating.
Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield was in charge of the arrangements.
Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
