J. W. Bocock, 63, of Brentwood Apts. #14 North Patterson St., Clarkson, KY 42726 died on Thursday, January 17, 2002 at his residence.
He was born on December 26, 1938 as the son of the late Worthel and Teresa Ann Higdon Bocock.
He was a retired truck driver and an Army Veteran.
He is survived by one son, Tim Bocock of Leitchfield; one daughter, Lisa Bocock Vincent of Leitchfield; two grandsons, Kevin McStoots of Leitchfield and James Vincent both of Leitchfield; one brother, Jerome Bocock of Leitchfield; two sisters, Dorothy Bratcher of Leitchfield and Nell Sparling of Clarkson.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, January 20 at the Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson with the Rev. Chester Shartzer officiating.
Burial was in the Clarkson Cemetery.
