One of the homes on the Historical Society's Christmas House Tour this year with bee that of Darrell and Chris Moll at 392 McDonald Road.

This lovely home, built by the Molls, is in a country setting with a long sloping back yard that overlooks the city of Leitchfield.

You will find the view from inside breathtaking. Many interesting features will be found both inside and out. The house has been beautifully decorated for the season by the Moll's daughter, Elizabeth Honeycutt.

Owner's of Darrell's Lawn and Garden business, the Molls have landscaped their grounds with trees, shrubs, plans, statuary and an unusual dropping water fall. We hope the weather permits you not only to see the inside but be able to wander the premises.

Tickets for the house tour, which include directions, will be sold at the Jack Thomas House the day of the tour. Tour begins at 1:00 p.m. and will close at 5:00 p.m. Cost of the tour is $8.00 for adults and $3.00 for children under ten. Refreshments will be served at the Jack Thomas House.

Chances for the beautiful quilt made by the Grayson County Quilt Club and donated to the Historical Society will be on sale. Drawing for the quilt will be held at the close of the house tour.

Other homes on tour will include those of Tom and Martha Byrd, David Richardson, the Jack Thomas House and the Buchanan log cabin.
