The lead changed hands six more times before the end of the half, which saw the Lady Cougars holding a slim, 22-19 advantage.
Breck scored the first seven points of the third quarter, including back-to-back threes by Brooke Kennedy and Amber Mingus, but the Lady Cougars came back to tie it once more, 26-26 at the 2:30 mark.
Jenna Thornhill hit a pair of free throws with 1:22 remaining and the Lady Tigers took that two-point lead into the fourth quarter.
Trailing 30-28 with 5:00 left to play, the Lady Cougars put the game away with a 12-1 run, that included three Swift treys, that put them up 41-31 with 1:48 left to play.
