Four arrested in drug bust

Four individuals were arrested following a drug bust on Tuesday, Aug. 19.The Leitchfield Police Department and the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant on Aug. 19, at 209 Goff Drive in Leitchfield.While executing the search warrant, police officers found evidence of the manufacture of methamphetamine, in addition to other drug-related evidence, according to an LPD press release.46-year-old David Hicks was arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine, First Offense; Possession of Controlled Substance, First Degree (Methamphetamine); Possession of Controlled Substance, Second Degree (Drug Unspecified); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
