A number of area residents contacted the Grayson County Sheriff's Office Monday morning after seeing a vehicle in a flooded creek alongside of US Highway 62 and Clark School Road.
According to Sheriff Rick Clemons, the vehicle had been wrecked the night before, on Sunday, March 17, and had been left in the creek by the driver.
Clemons said that the vehicle is licensed to Big Clifty resident Vicki Carby.
The circumstances of the wreck are not currently known, and no related injuries have yet been released.
