Rollan W. Kimberley, 28, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and failure to produce an insurance card. Kimberley was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $143 in court costs.

Brandon A. Tindall, 24, pleaded guilty to speeding 16 miles per hour over the speed limit. Tindall was also charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no license in possession. Tindall was ordered to pay $57 in fines and $143 in court costs.

Larry Newton, 31, pleaded guilty to three charges of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge.

Mark Goguen, 37, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Goguen was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Dennis Brant Whitaker, 32.

Amanda Blanton, 28, pleaded guilty to unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree, and was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Freddy Mendoza, 20, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense. Mendoza was given credit for 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

Edward G. Gatewood, Jr., 24, pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit, and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Gatewood was ordered to pay $50 in fines.

Cory Snell, 22, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Snell was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $143 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Dean A> Steffen.

Jeremy Wright, 35, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and was sentenced to 30 days probation.

Cody H. Meredith, 21, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Meredith was ordered to pay $748.50 in court costs.

John Biszmaier, 31, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI suspended license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Troy Kevin Spratt, 45, pleaded guilty to cultivating marijuana, fewer than five plants, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after five days served. Spratt was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Joe Leroy McStoots, 42, was charged with speeding 26 miles per hour or greater over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. McStoots was ordered to pay a $30 fine and $143 in court costs.

Gerwanna Burrell pleaded guilty to speeding, and no insurance. Burrell was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
