Grand Jury indicts 11

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 11 indictments during the June session.

• Angela Gary, 32, of Anneta was indicted for theft of identity and persistent felony offender. Gary allegedly used the name of Angel Smith for the purpose of deceiving a police officer.

• Barry Payton, 23, of Caneyville, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor.

• Marty Renfro, 44, of Leitchfield, was indicted for fraudulent insurance acts and falsely reporting an incident

• Larissa Keown, 34, of Clarkson, was indicted for tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia, second or subsequent offense.

• Shawn Clark, 25, of Leitchfield was indicted for receiving stolen property valued at $300 or more.



• Jose Hernan Ji’enez Betancourt, 25, was indicted for 21 counts of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by deception over $300, second degree fleeing or evading police and possession of a fictitious operators license.

• Lesvin Garcia, 20, was indicted for 21 counts of second degree possession, theft by deception over $300, second degree fleeing or evading police and possession of a fictitious operators license.

• Kevin Morrison, 47, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor and first degree felony offender

• Jonathan Young, 20, of Caneyville, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor.

• Stanley Willis, 52, of Leitchfield was indicted for second degree burglar, first degree rape, fourth degree assault, third degree terroristic threatening and persistent felony offender
