Grand Jury indicts 15 during May term

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 15 indictments during its May session.

• Krista Wilson, 30, of Leitchfield, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone), possession of a controlled substance (diazepam), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (alprazolam), first-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

• David McCormick, 61, of Clarkson, was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment.

• Christopher Proud, 18, of Caneyville, was indicted for first-degree sexual abuse.

• Jeniece Lockhart, 25, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine enhanced by possession of a firearm.

• Jason Gentry, 30, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine enhanced by possession of a firearm, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) enhanced by a firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced by possession of a firearm.

• Amanda Prewitt, 44, of Leitchfield, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued at $300 or more and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Chad Dennis, 33, of Leitchfield, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• David Kerr Jr, 41, of Leitchfield, was indicted in first-degree burglary, second-degree assault- domestic violence and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Joseph Bentkowski, 26, of Leitchfield, was indicted for first-degree bail jumping and second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Shirley McNutt, 49, of Leitchfield, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor.

• Michelle Arnold, 29, of Leitchfield, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor.

• Clint Clauss, 24, of Leitchfield, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor.

• Michael Curry, 30, of Leitchfield, was indicted for flagrant non-support.

• Howard Hubbard, Jr, 36, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication controlled substance and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Bradley Fox, 37, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, failure to comply with sex offender registration, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
