Pamela Sue Summitt, age 46 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2010 at her home.

She was born October 27, 1963 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, the daughter of Lloyd Hooker and Betty Early Moore. She was a nurse’s aide.

She is survived by her son, Jeremy Potts, of La Grange; her daughter, Jerri Potts, of Caneyville; two brothers, Ronnie Hooker, of New Albany, In. and David Smith, of Bellaire, Mi.; three sisters, Linda Duke and Connie Grundy, both of Louisville, and Diane Payne, of Flemington, Mo.; two grandchildren, Taylor and Cierra Clark.

Cremation was chosen.
