Larry B. Harder, age 76, of Leitchfield passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at Norton’s Hospital, in Louisville, KY.
He was born December 21, 1935,. He was a veteran of The U. S. Air Force, a past co-owner and an agent for Key Realty. He was a 50-year mason, and served on the Kentucky Baptist Executive Board. He was a member and a deacon of Little Clifty Baptist Church and was retired from Gulf Oil, and G.T.E.
He is survived by his wife Doris Cummings Harder, of Leitchfield, and a son, Timothy Lee harder (Laura), of Louisville; a grandson, Timothy Lee Harder, Jr., of Louisville; a granddaughter, Kathryn Ann Harder, of Louisville; a brother, Eugene Harder (Jo Ann), of Owensboro; a brother and sister-in-law, J. P. Wilson, of Fordsville, and Sue Tate (Ellis), of Falls of Rough; brother- and ssister-in-law, Billy Cummings, of Falls of Rough, and Deloris Cummings, of Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Murville and Ruby Lanham Harder, a sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Rex Coppage, a sister, Joyce Wilson, and a brother-in-law, Harold Cummings
Funeral Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Gerry Otahal officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, in Ohio County.
Friends may call at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11-8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, continuing at 9 a.m. Saturday until time of service.
