I am a candidate for District Judge, Division I, in the 46th Judicial District, consisting of Breckinridge, Grayson and Meade Counties.

I am fifty-two years old, married to Lisa Barton, and we have two children—Corbyn Goff (age 12) and Kenneth Harold Goff, III (age 11).

I was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in November 1988 and have practiced law since then in the Grayson District Court, Grayson Circuit Court, Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court, and all adjoining County District and Circuit Courts.

Since admission to the Bar, I have served as assistant County Attorney in Hardin County and Grayson County.

Between now and Election Day, I will acquaint myself with you. Then on that day you will decide who is better qualified to serve you as your District Judge. During this election campaign and after, I promise that I will always be:
