Theresa Puckett has her blood pressure checked by respiratory therapists Tracy Stinson, left, and Stacey White during Tuesday’s Heart Check at the Big Clifty Medical Complex. The check was sponsored by Dr. Rajendra Mahajan and the Cardiopulmonary Department at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. It included free screenings for blood pressure, oxygen saturation, glucose and body mass index. Information on nutrition, exercise and healthy living tips was also available. In the first hour, the staff had already conducted screenings on eight people.
