The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 27 indictments during the December session.

• Trevor Edwards, 18, of Falls of Rough, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs less than 21 years of age, murder, four counts of first-degree assault and criminal mischief.

Edwards was indicted for DUI when he allegedly operated a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and for murder when he allegedly manifested extreme indifference to human like and wantonly engaged in conduct which created a grave risk to death to another person and allegedly caused an accident that led to the death of Henry Casey.

During the same accident he committed the offenses of four counts of assault when he allegedly caused the injury to the four occupants of the vehicle Casey was riding in. He also was charged with criminal misconduct when he allegedly destroyed the vehicle of Elmer Casey, causing a loss of $100 or more.

• Chance Mudd, 25, of Leitchfield, was indicted for wanton endangerment for allegedly providing beverage alcohol to a person less than 21 years of age who allegedly operated a vehicle under the influence and allegedly cause an accident which killed one person and injured several others.

• Vance Gibson, 26, of Clarkson, was indicted for third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking and second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Johnny Henshaw, 25, of Leitchfield, was indicted for tampering with physical evidence and second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Johnny Clark, 19, of Leitchfield, was indicted for tampering with physical evidence.

• Ronnie Yeager, 27, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Phillip Preston, 30, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Phillip Preston, 30, of Leitchfield was also indicted for flagrant non-support.

• Terry Miller, 49, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Terry Walker, 25, of Clarkson, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine.

• Phillip Preston, 30, of Leitchfield was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Jessica Bryant, 21, of Clarkson, was indicted for two counts of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

• Derrick Kerr, 33, of Bee Spring, was indicted for two-counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (oxycodone).

• Tara Smith, 33, of Leitchfield, was indicted for flagrant non-support.

• Jamie Alumbaugh, 24, was indicted for flagrant non-support.

• Heather Bellies, 30, of Leitchfield, was indicted for second-degree burglary, assault in the second degree and theft by unlawful taking of property values at more than $500.

• Richard Clemons, 39,of Leitchfield, was indicted for second-degree burglary, assault in the second degree and theft by unlawful taking of property values at more than $500.

• Freda Napier, 51, of Clarkson, was indicted for failure to report change in receiving benefits was she allegedly failed to disclose a material fact of household income to receive food stamp benefits.

• Everette Collins, 40, of Clarkson, was indicted for receiving stolen property under $100 and possession of marijuana.

•Richard Decker, 44, of Leitchfield, was indicted for second of subsequent offense of manufacturing methamphetamine.

• Juanita Barton, 45, of Leitchfield, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Charles Corum, 42, of Falls of Rough, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine.

• Adam Whaley, 19, of Falls of Rough, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine.

• Christopher Duggins, 32, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine. And second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Calvin Tapscott, 31, of Leitchfield, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (morphine), possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Kenny Skaggs, 36, of Clarkson, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Brent Coats, 34, Clarkson, was indicted for second or subsequence offense of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a controlled substance (burenorphine).
