Around 2:12 p.m., officers entered the residence of Anthony L. Keys, 25, and found a sizable amount of cocaine and methamphetamine.

Taken from the residence was 1.8 pounds of powder cocaine, 60.25 ounces of cocaine base (used in making crack cocaine), 15 grams of crystal methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and $1325.00 cash.

Inside the residence were four adults and four children ranging from 3 to 8 years of age.

The four adults were arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine/firearm enhanced, possession of drug Paraphernalia and more charges maybe added.

In addition to Keys, police also charged LaRon S. Everhart, 23; Soccorro T. McGuire, 27, and Vivian R. Davis, 29, all of Morganfield.

The case will be presented to the federal grand jury due to the amount of drugs located in the residence.

The four children were taken from the home and removed to Union County Methodist Hospital to be examined for exposure. They were treated and released to family members.
