Dallas Marie Tubb, age 85, of Leitchfield, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center, in Leitchfield.

She was born on October 22, 1926 in Fletcher, IL, the daughter of the late William Scott and Bertha Miles Bradshaw.

She was a retired seamstress and was a charter member of the Short Creek United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Dennis (Anna), Gary (Susan) and Darrell (Mary Ann) Tubb, all of Falls of Rough; one daughter, Sheila Meredith (David), of Frankfort, KY; two brothers-in-law, Charlie Blain and Rance Tubb; a sister-in-law, June Bradshaw; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. V. Tubb.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Billy Compton will be officiating. Burial will be in the Lahue-Bradshaw Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3-9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to the Lahue-Bradshaw Cemetery Fund.
