Charles Edward Casey, 75, of Caneyville passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012, at his residence.

He was born May 10th, 1937 in Grayson County, the son of Fred and Lillie Hayse Casey. He had been a laborer at Louisville Metal and Scrap.

He is survived by his three daughters, Cathy (Donnie) Franks, of Caneyville, Lisa (Danny) Johnson, of Butler County, and Sharon (Ronnie) White, of Butler County; four sons, Larry (Michele) Casey, of Brownsville, Ronnie (Susie) Casey, of Caneyville, Barry (Jackie) Casey, of Caneyville, and Darrall (Melissa) Casey, of Leitchfield; four sisters, Shirley Dockery, of Horse Branch, Edna Ashley, of Morgantown, Eleanor Beasley, of Horse Branch, and Doris Bratcher, of Dundee;, one brother Donald Bratcher, of Caneyville. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Virgie Lee Casey, a daughter, Lillian Casey, two sisters, Bonnie Wilson and Betty Case, and two brothers, Damon Bratcher and Billy Casey.
