A Leitchfield woman has been flown to a Louisville hospital, the result of a one-vehicle accident that occured Friday (Nov. 5) at 8:30 a.m.

According to reports from the Grayson County Sheriff's Department, Racheal W. Hack, 24, 400 Sunrise Drive, Apartment 67, Leitchfield, was traveling east on Highway 224, (about two and a half miles from Clarkson), when her vehicle apparently crossed the center line and ran off the left side of the road.

Reports said her car, a 1992 blue Ford Tempo, struck a utility pole and the vehicle then overturned an unknown number of times and ejected Hack from the vehicle.

The Grayson County EMS transported Hack to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center and she was later flown by LifeNet to University Hospital in Louisville as a result of her injuries.

She was listed in stable condition as of Saturday (Nov.6).
