Billie Clemons, age 67, of Clarkson,with her family at her side, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday afternoon, September21, 2012.
She was a housewife and member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Hubert Clemons; two sons, Charlie and Chris Clemons; two daughters, Tammy Embry and Zina Higdon; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Tonnell Mercer, and one sister, Ethel Noble.
She was preceded in death by a son, Sled Clemons, and her parents Hezzie and Zelphia Scott Mercer.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, with burial in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2012 from 1-8 p.m. at the Rogers-O)ller Funeral Home, in Calrkson, and Wednesday after 9 a.m.until time of service at the church. Prayers at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at the Funeral Home.
