A bench warrant was issued for Ronald Haycraft, 41.


Daniel Wayne Stevenson, 22, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury. Stevenson was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Richard Cook, 34, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Cook was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

William C. Howell, 44, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Howell was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Landen J. Edmondson, 21, pleaded guilty to hunting with an improper shotgun, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $253 in court costs.


Henry Mattingly, 36, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served.

Jerry H. Poole, 18, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served.


Randall R. Coates, 30, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served.


Cody L. Willoughby, 20, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served.


Misty S. Lamb, 37, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 180 days probation. Lamb was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Justin N. Call, 30, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 180 days probation. Call was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Christopher Michael Scott, 34, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, third aggravator offense, which was amended to second aggravator offense; driving on a DUI-suspended license; and terroristic threatening in the third degree. Scott was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served on the first charge, 90 days probation on the second charge, and 180 days probation after 10 days served on the final charge. Scott was ordered to pay $908 in court costs.


Cody Willoughby, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and improper equipment. Willoughby was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $243 in court costs.


Nathan Logsdon, 24, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Logsdon was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
