Eric T. Hack, 37, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Hack was sentenced to 90 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
A bench warrant was issued for Walter B. Long, 58.
A bench warrant was issued for Cody Sermon.
A bench warrant was issued for Toynelia S. King, 36.
Luis E. Torres, 28, pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment of a police officer in the first degree, which was amended to second degree; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alchohol or drugs, aggravator. Torres was sentenced to 365 days probation after 75 days served on the first charge, and 30 days probation after four days served on the second charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Torrez was also ordered to pay $758 in court costs.
Terry Mattingly, 34, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $300, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after one hour served on each charge. Mattingly was orderd to pay $183 in court costs.
Richard A. Clemons, 43, pleaded guilty to three counts of terroristic threatening in the third degree, and was sentenced to 365 days probation on each charge, to be served concurrently. Clemons was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Casuga Olsen, 18, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after two days served. Olsen was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Peggy M. King , 28, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and racing a motor vehicle on a public highway. King was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $183 in court costs.
Casuga L. Olsen, 18, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and racing a motor vehicle on a public highway. Olsen was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $183 in court costs.
Pedro R. Ortiz, 35, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and wanton endangerment of a police officer in the second degree. Ortiz was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $258 in court costs.
Ronnie L. Hack, 59, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and disorderly conduct in the second degree. Hack was sentenced to 90 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.
Marcus D. Broadus, 36, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to 16 miles per hour over the speed limit. Broadus was ordered to pay a $32 fine and $175 in court costs.
Kristian J. Rye, 32, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/ revoked operator’s liscense which was amended to no liscense in possesion; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Rye was sentanced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a$25 fine and $168 in court costs.
Michael E. Ardt, 37, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s liscense, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration reciept. Ardt was sentenced to 90 days probation after 20 days served, and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.
Travis R. England, 21, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense; and no/expired registration plates. England was sentenced to 180 days probation after 20 days served, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.
