Timothy Edward Hayes, 26, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served.

Kyle B. Hardin, 23, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury and terroristic threatening. Hardin was sentenced to 365 days probation after 180 days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Hardin was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Gene S. Hernandez, 43, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $233 in court costs.
Charles A. Piehl, 40, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 20 days served. Piehl was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Kenneth V. Shaffer, 39, pleaded guilty to domestic violence and abuse, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the first degree. Shaffer was sentenced to 180 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Amy M. Shaffer, 34, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree domestic violence with a minor injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Shaffer was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Michael J. Howard, Jr., 33, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after four days served. Howard was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Alexander Zane Naegele, 20, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and possession of synthetic drugs. Naegele was sentenced to 45 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.
