On behalf of Larry Waddell, owner/operator of Waddell’s Auto & Scrap Metal Recycling, Kelly Fulkerson presents a check for $1,000 to Tanya Thomas, Director of the SpringHaven Domestic Violence Shelter, joined by Wm. Steve Wright, Managing Member of The Wright Legacy Group, LLC. Through generous donations and efforts by benefactors like Waddell and Wright, in the past 12 months alone, 200 victims of abuse have found refuge at SpringHaven. Also in the past year, 1,015 victims were assisted through outreach programs in eight counties of Kentucky (Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson and Washington). For more information on services provided, or to make a donation, please visit SpringHaven’s website at www.SpringHavenInc.org or call 1-800-767-5838.
