Stamper, 21, pleaded guilty to speeding five miles per hour over the speed limit, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Stamper was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $30 in fines and $173 in court costs.

Chrystal G. Samuels, 38, pleaded guilty to speeding 17 miles per hour over the speed limit, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Samuels was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $20 in fines and $163 in court costs. Samuels was also referred to State Traffic School.


Anthony Coogle pleaded guilty to speeding 19 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was referred to State Traffic School. Coogle was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Rodney Cook pleaded guilty to a charge which was amended to defective equipment, and was ordered to pay $193 in court costs and fines.
