Jason Kelly Lee, 18, pleaded guilty to complicity to illegally take/pursue a deer/wild turkey, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $203 in court costs.


Anita M. Shroerlucke, 51, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 10 days probation. Shroerlucke was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Jameson B. Woosley, 27.


A bench warrant was issued for Amy N. Higdon, 27.


A bench warrant was issued for Amy Parker, 27.


Sherry R. Clark, 35, pleaded guilty to TICS, first degree, which was amended to attempted TICS, first degree. Clark was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Jamie Felty pleaded guilty to harassing communications and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served.


A bench warrant was issued for Matthew Lindsey, 38.


Charles J. Higdon, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Higdon was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Grace Leshay Sebastian, 21, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Sebastian was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Bradley C. Dugan, 18, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Dugan was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Chad Durbin, 35, pleaded guilty to violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 180 days served.


James A. Garrigus, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Garrigus was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Eric L. Jack, 35, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury. Jack was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Walter Higgs, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Higgs was sentenced to 45 days probation after two day served on each charge and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Adrian Alexander Abner, 21, pleaded guilty to promoting contraband in the second degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served. Abner was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Henry L. Wilkes, III, 28, pleaded guilty to speeding 18 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to 15 miles per hour over the speed limit; and no operator’s/moped license. Wilkes was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.


Jacqueline N. Mercer, 28, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Mercer was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge and 180 days probation after 15 days served on the final charge. Mercer was also ordered to pay a $20 fine and $918 in court costs.


Jacqueline N. Mercer, 28, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine.


Terry J. Kratoska, 35, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Kratoska was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $188 in court costs.


William C. Howell, 22, pleaded guilty to instructional permit violations, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.
