The Grayson County High School DECA club hosted its annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 7.
The Bazaar raised a total of $570 from booth rentals and bracelet sales to benefit the Michala Riggle Beat Autism Foundation, according to DECA Advisor Cynthia Smith.
The Bazaar was held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Centre on Main in Leitchfield, and 14 vendors sold their crafts.
All proceeds will assist the Michala Riggle Beat Autism Foundation in building a comprehensive Autism Research and Treatment Center in Louisville, according to the organization’s website, beadingtobeatautism.org.
Local resident Melanie Manion, who attended the Bazaar, said of the vendors, “We have a lot of talent in this county.”
