A bench warrant was issued for Mark Smith, 25.


Shawn L. Phillips, 37, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and advertising drug paraphernalia. Phillips was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge, with time served to run concurrently. Phillips was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Gerald M. Brown, 51, pleaded guilty to speeding 1 to 10 miles over the speed limit and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Brown was referred to State Traffic School and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.


Matthew L. Stotts, 29, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, which was amended to theft under $500. Stotts was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Susan Michelle Wells, 38, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation. Wells was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Brian Decker, 32, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Decker was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Amber Decker, 28, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $45 fine.


Stephen Decker, 29, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $233 in court costs.


Kelvin W. Roach, Jr., 30, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Roach was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Tammy S. Meredith, 38.


Daniel T. Jones, 25, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and possession of a controlled substance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served on the first charge, and 90 days probation on the second charge. Jones was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Phillip D. Whitely, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs (under 21 years old), and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Whitely was sentenced to 10 days probation and was ordered to pay $375 in fines and $268 in court costs.


Nicholas Robert Grossman, 22, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, which was amended to reckless driving. Grossman was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.


Michael King, 20, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. King was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
