Donald Junior Russell, 40, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served.


James E. Davis, 53, pleaded guilty to improper parking violations and disorderly conduct in the second degree. Davis was sentenced to 10 days in prison and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $203 in court costs.


Stephanie M. Rhodes, 29, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol and disorderly conduct in the second degree. Rhodes was sentenced to 20 days probation and was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $253 in court costs.


Steven Wayne Barlow, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.


Jerry Stivers, 33, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the first degree, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 180 days served. Stivers was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Steven W. Barlow, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the second degree and was sentenced to 30 days probation after seven days served.


James M. Alvey, 35, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Alvey was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Jacqueline Mercer, 30, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of motor vehicle, first offense, and was sentenced to 180 days probation. Mercer was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Donald Russell, 39, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.


Melinda D. Parks, 35, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Danielle N. Hope, 18, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was ordered to pay a $350 fine and $523 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Richard Ervin Johnson, 25.


Steven C. Yeager, 33, pleaded guilty to speeding 14 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was ordered to pay a $28 fine and $171 in court costs.


Dustin T. Bond, 19, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Bond was sentenced to 90 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
