Jennifer L. Embry, 35, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after five days served. Embry was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Patricia A. Pinkston, 57, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Pinkston was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Kyle D. Gulley, 19, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served on each charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Gulley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Stephen M. Long, Jr., 29.


Kyle F. Fentress, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree and resisting arrest. Fentress was sentenced to 30 days probation after three days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Fentress was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Cody L. Willoughby, 20, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served. Willoughby was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Miranda S. Williams, 34, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplift6ing, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Williams was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Benjamin Grey, 27, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Grey was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Erik A. Jaggers, 33, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, second offense. Jaggers was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


Sierra C. Petty, 19, pleaded guilty to rear license not illuminated; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a person less than 21 years of age. Petty was sentenced to 30 days probation and 20 hours of community service. Petty was ordered to pay a $10 fine and 503 in court costs.


Victoria Walker, 20, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, which was merged with public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol; and resisting arrest. Walker was sentenced to 90 days probation, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.


Jessica D. Logsdon, 26, pleaded guilty to speeding 12 miles per hour over the speed limit, failure to wear a seat belt, and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation. Logsdon was ordered to pay $74 in fines and $217 in court costs.


David C. Kiper, 26, pleaded guilty to speeding 13 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit in a school zone; and failure to wear seat belts. Kiper was ordered to pay $65 in fines and $208 in court costs.
