A bench warrant was issued for Darren W. Kidd, 32.


Tyler R. Hill, 21, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Hill was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Kimberly G. Hood, 51, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Hood was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Mark Smith, 26.


William E. Kennedy, 38, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after five days served. Kennedy was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Kimberly M. Morrison, 49, pleaded guilty to controlled substance prescription not in original container, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. Morrison was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the final charge, 90 days probation on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge. Morrison was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Matthew S. Graham, 27, pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and three counts of theft by unlawful taking under $500. Graham was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served on each of the first three charges, and 10 days probation after two hours served on each of the final three charges. Graham was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Janice L. Cox, 41, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after seven days served. Cox was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Harley L. Whobrey, 27, pleaded guilty to promoting contraband in the second degree and was sentenced to 180 days probation after four days served. Whobrey was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Cantessa Zehnder, 36, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Zehnder was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Loretta K. Stone, 53, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, which was amended to reckless driving; careless driving, which was merged with a separate charge; and failure to wear seat belts. Stone was ordered to pay $350 in fines and $268 in court costs.


Jorge Estrada, 27, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, careless driving, failure to use a child restraint device, and no operator’s/moped license. Estrada was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $873 in court costs.


Johnathan Haynes, 22, pleaded guilty to license to be in possession, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Cameron Johnson, 23, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, which was amended to license to be in possession; and disregarding a stop sign. Johnson was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $218 in court costs. Signe M. Poradish, 46, pleaded guilty to improper registration plate, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Poradish was sentenced to 90 days probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.


Devin E. Sebastian, 21, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and failure to produce an insurance card, which was merged with the first charge. Sebastian was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Crystal G. Wilson, 32, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Wilson was ordered to pay $143 in court costs. Dylan Ray Webb, 18, pleaded guilty to failure to illuminate head lamps, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.


Eric Heller pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge which was amended to disorderly conduct. Heller was sentenced to 60 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Kyle D. Gulley, 20.


Misty D. Haycraft, 34, pleaded guilty to unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after five days served. Haycraft was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


David A. Imbrescia, 20, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or greater over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 25 miles per hour over the speed limit. Imbrescia was referred to State Traffic School, and was ordered to pay $193 in court costs. Jeffrey Tyler Wilson, 21, pleaded guilty to vehicle a nuisance, noise; and improper registration plate. Wilson was ordered to pay $125 in fines.


Amber Heflin, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to wear a seat belt, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.


Phillip D. Mudd, 43, pleaded guilty to failure to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, wear seatbelts, and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Mudd was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $793 in court costs.


Bradley Curtis Dugan, 19, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession; and fleeing or evading police in the first degree, which was amended to second degree. Dugan was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served, and was ordered to pay $20 in fines and $203 in court costs.
