John T. Childress, 33, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Childress was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Tony E. Dupin, 31, pleaded guilty to escape in the first degree, which was amended to bail jumping in the second degree. Dupin was sentenced to 365 days probation after 90 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Robert J. Casey, 34, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree and resisting arrest. Casey was sentenced to 90 days probation after three days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Ronald Haycraft, 42, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Haycraft was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Dee Bolt, III, 69, pleaded guilty to trafficking in synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines, possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bolt was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on each additional charge. Bolt was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Christopher Wade, 35, pleaded guilty to controlled substance prescription not in original container, and possession of a controlled substance. Wade was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the second charge, and 30 days probation on the first charge. Wade was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Darrell Thomas Ashby, 30, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $283 in court costs.


Nathan Shoemaker, 25, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition/shoplifting under $500, and operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license, which was amended to license in possession. Shoemaker was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $208 in court costs.


Courtney Lindsey, 24, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition/ shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Lindsey was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Patrick Leasor, 22, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 60 days probation. Leasor was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Chelsey F. Gibson, 21, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 60 days probation. Gibson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Sheila Quinn, 59.


James Johnson, 19, pleaded guilty to harassing communications and terroristic threatening in the third degree, which was merged with the first charge. Johnson was sentenced to 60 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Steve L. Murphy, 22, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Murphy was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Latica L. Matthews, 38, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Matthews was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Bonnie S. Stivers, 54, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the first degree, and was sentenced to 60 days probation. Stivers was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Bryan L. Tipton, 35.


Donna A. Choate, 50, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Choate was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Heather Heady, 34, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to an aggravator offense. Heady was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Michael L. Phelps, 41, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.


Barry Wayne Dennis, 39, pleaded guilty to operating an ATV on a roadway and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Dennis was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.


Joseph C. Milliner, 57, pleaded guilty to operating an ATV on a roadway and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Milliner was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $743 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Dylan Ray Webb, 18.
