Katrina D. Frank, 34, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Frank was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Anthony T. Moran, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts; and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to failure of owner to maintain insurance. Moran was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Nathaniel Pannell pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. Pannell was ordered to pay $163 in court costs.


Ruth Ann Lewis, 50, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Lewis was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Amy Carter, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Ollie L. Preston, 48, pleaded guilty to local city ordinance violation, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $283 in court costs.


Sarah Geary, 25, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Geary was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Cassandra T. Miller, 37, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Miller was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Cassandra J. Miller, 37, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served.


Michael J. Logsdon, 41, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after one day served. Logsdon was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


James Johnson, Jr., 49, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation. Johnson was sentenced to 30 days probation on the first charge and 10 days probation on the second charge. Johnson was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Johnson was sentenced to 30 days probation on the first charge, and 90 days probation after 30 days served on the second charge. Johnson was ordered to pay $375 in court costs.


Lorrie L. Herron, 50, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Herron was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Steven Parrish Sexton, 19, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, no motorcycle operator’s license, failure to comply with helmet law under the age of 21, and failure to produce an insurance card. Sexton was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $823 in court costs.
