Jesecca L. Jackson, 32, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Jackson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Christopher D. Cook, 33, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Cook was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Brittany Phipps, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and failure to produce an insurance card. Phipps was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Gaylen Ray Logan, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the first degree, which was amended to 2nd degree. Logan was sentenced to 365 days probation after 45 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Hope Shelobu8rne, 28.


William H. Hudson, 49, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury; fleeing or evading police on foot, which was amended to second degree; and resisting arrest. Hudson was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Amy Shaffer, 35, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury. Shaffer was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Matthew W. Carter, 19, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Emural L. Elmore, 22, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served. Elmore was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


William H. Hudson, 49, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served.


Barry J. Love, 31, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Love was ordered to pay $718 in court costs.


Kenneth A. McGuffin, 19, pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in the second degree4 in a motor vehicle; and reckless driving. McGuffin was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.


Joshua M. Wilson, 27, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Wilson was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Brittany A. Carwile, 23, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and ordered to pay a $50 fine.


Johnathan M. Clark, 24, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Clark was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Brittany Ann Carwile, 23, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to no insurance; and failure to wear seat belts. Carwile was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.
