Robert Joseph Bradley, 39, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after four days served. Bradley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Anthony D. Hofmann, 19, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and violation of a KY EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Hoffman was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Melanie H. Young, 32, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Joseph Edward Gilkey, 57.


A bench warrant was issued for David H. Foreman, 34.


Oswaldo D. Ramos, 39, pleaded guilty to speeding 12 miles per hour over the speed limit; no operator’s/moped license; failure to wear seat belts; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to reckless driving. Ramos was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $99 in fines and $243 in court costs.

Phillip Wilson, 28, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, child abuse; and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served. Wilson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Bradford Scott Downs, 40, pleaded guilty to five charges of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served consecutively on each charge. Downs was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Joshua R. Sanders, 27, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after four hours served consecutively on each charge. Sanders was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Christina R. Colmore, 30, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Colmore was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Johnny L. Sanders, III, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after 12 days served. Sanders was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Travis England, 22, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


William T. Basham, 32, pleaded guilty to violation of KY EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Basham was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Coty C. Hogan, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the first degree and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served. Hogan was ordered to pay $183 in court cost.s


Dawn M. Thomas, 25, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two days served.


Brittany Carwile, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two days served. Carwile was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Aaron D> Morgan, 22, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates; failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended. Morgan was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.


Roger Glen Johnson, 59, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended. Johnson was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Trenton Logsdon, 23, pleaded guilty to passing loading/unloading school/church bus and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Jose Velazquez, 22.


James R. Decker, 33, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Decker was ordered to pay $743 in court costs.


Carolyn Richey, 42, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Richey was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Harley Whobrey, 27, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and failure to wear seat belts. Whobrey was sentenced to 180 days probation after 20 days served, and was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $168 in court costs.
